Happy New Year & Happy Hash Brown Casserole!

Happy New Year! We had a laid-back New Year's at home after a fun day at the zoo. Hope everyone is ready for 2010!

I'm still stuck on my Christmas recipes!, and I guess I have one recipe for every holiday that has a can of "cream of something" in it. It irks me that I can't ditch the stuff, but this one is so good! Total comfort food! I has also made this into a main dish by adding 1 pound diced ham.

  1. I just made my grandmother's hash brown casserole for New Year's, too! Somewhat of a tradition. Her recipe is very similar with an addition of even more butter! Love it!
