Making Extra Casseroles to Give Away



I made an extra casserole for a mom in our Mom's Club that just had a baby. I ended up doubling whatever we were making for two nights, then packaging hers up in alumimum foil pans. There's our casserole in glass, and her family's in foil.

I made a double batch of Chicken 'n Spinach Pasta Bake, and wrote the instructions on the plastic lid.

I've found the Dollar Tree has the best selection of disposable, throw-away foil pans in alot of different sizes. It makes it really easy to pass along a dish and not have to worry about getting your pan back! Like Merchant Ships has a great post about foil pans, too.
