Menu Plan for Monday March 1



I am trying something new this week: menu planning our Breakfast's. I don't really like cereal in the morning, so I have making hot breakfast's for a few years. It's finally starting to catch up with me, and now I don't like working my brain hard in the morning...thus..the menu plan!

As for Dinners, I put a few meatless dishes in since it's Lent and I still like having some flexibility to move the meals around. I'm trying to clean up my freezer and take a better stock of what's there.

Breakfast:
Baked Oatmeal - 2 days (or Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal)
Cereal, Fruit
Hard boiled eggs, Toast, fruit
Leftover Egg Bake

Dinners:
Mexican Chicken Casserole
Tuscan Tomato Soup (new recipe) Grilled Cheese
Sausage Egg Bake (either new Crockpot recipe or my mom's recipe)
Goulash
Crockpot Pork Tenderloin, Brown Rice, Veggie
Tilipia, Rice, Veggies
Shrimp, French Fries
