
Last week's Menu plan went really well - the Baked Oatmeal was a big hit, and since it made alot, we had it for 3 days!
We don't know yet if my husband will be gone all week traveling for work, so if he's gone, it will be a completely different plan, and I'll save this plan for next week.
Breakfasts:
Baked Oatmeal (3 days)
Hard Boiled Eggs, Fruit, Toast
Instant Oatmeal Variety Pack (got a great deal!)
Dinners:
Crockpot Lasagna with Spinach
Chicken Breasts with Cranberry Butternut Squash
Tilipia with Mediterranean Spaghetti Squash
Popcorn Shrimp, some sort of potato, veggie
Sticky Chicken Thighs, Rice, veggie
Chili
