French Bread Pizzas

This is a good use of marked down french bread besides Freezer Garlic Bread: French Bread Pizzas!

I cut the loaf into 4 quarters, (stashed the 4th in the freezer for garlic bread) topped them with tomato paste, then cheese, sprinkle with a little oregano....

and throw under the broiler.  We did just cheese, but add whatever toppings your family likes! This was served with a salad on the side.
